What are good supplements to take during and before lifting?

Right now I take BSN Syntha 6 at breakfast and postworkout, and BSN Cellmass preworkout and postworkout. What are some good supplements to take before and during a workout? I like BSN products so if you can suggest any by BSN, I’d prefer them, but I am open to all(legal) products.

those are both good. it sounds like you’re doing it right. everyone’s body reacts to different products differently so you have to experiment. it also depends what you’re trying to do. ie burn fat or build mass.

What is exactly meant by engineering in pharmaceuticals and medics?

And what is exactly meant by genetic engineering?

Thanks

well u r asking engineering in pharmaceutical and medicines well the factory make those stuff need machines and calculation to build that stuff and need maintenance of those stuff.
and genetic engineering:-
Genetic engineering is a laboratory technique used by scientists to change the DNA of living organisms.

DNA is the blueprint for the individuality of an organism. The organism relies upon the information stored in its DNA for the management of every biochemical process. The life, growth and unique features of the organism depend on its DNA. The segments of DNA which have been associated with specific features or functions of an organism are called genes.

good luck

How do i cut my shopping bill? Where can i see the deals that Iceland has on offer?

I have taken the reins of the shopping from my wife to try and reduce the shopping bill. I cant see the Iceland deals anywhere online. Do they exist online?

Stop buying branded goods. The supermarkets own stuff is usually just as good and they are often produced by the same people who make the branded goods.

How can I save money with the television bill?

I want to save money in regards to the television. I don’t watch television, but my father does and the kids that come over do as well. What should I do to save money? Dish Network or DirecTV? Purchase DVD’s for the kids to watch when they come over? I want to provide entertainment for everyone while I work on college work and business-related issues that I must deal with. So, what do you do to save money? Pay-per-view is off-limits. What about TIVO and DVRs? I want to be "frugal" in this area. Please help me in this regards. Thank you in advance.

Dish network can be very cheap if you get the basic package. Also, you can see if any of the companies are giving out free months of service for joining. You can hop between companies sometimes for as long as 6 months paying almost nothing. Sounds like stealing, but think about how much more they charge then what it’s actually worth.

Has anyone ever actually recieved anything from those "free" computer offers?

I continually get offers in my email for $1000 gift cards from Target, Kmart, and etc. If I actually took advantage of these so called "free offers" I’d never have to work again. Plus I am an ‘instant winner" nearly everytime I sign in to a site. How do these things continue to operate?
I haven’t responded to any of these offers since I was new and ignorant to computers 6 years ago. I just don’t see how they can continue to operate.

Well…. some people click on them and sometimes unwittingly get free spyware or malware downloaded into their pc. The vast majority of spam is sent out by innocent folks who have pc’s infected with these spybots.

How do businesses and companies gain money even when they are giving discounts?

How do companies and businesses gain money even when they give discounts. So, for example, if they were to give 50% discount on a product — are they still making money or losing? If they are making, how do they do it even when they are giving discounts? If they are losing, why would they want to lose profit?

Thanks for answering.

The markup on most merchandise in most retail outlets is almost 100%. There are occasional instances where this is not applicable. However, even if the markup is only 50%, the profit margin will be 25%. Discounts are usually offered just to attract customers into the store, where they will, hopefully, buy other products that are not discounted.
